In order to return items we must receive a notification of return and a request for a Return Authorization number within 72 hours of delivery. You may notify us either by phone at 800.626.2601 or via email.
All returns must be received, by Maison du Linge, within 14 days of customer receipt. Your Return Authorization number must be clearly written on your return form in order for it to be accepted for a refund or exchange. Please include your original receipt in the returned package. We will not accept any returned items without an RA number.
Custom made orders and cut fabrics are final sale and are not returnable.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition in the original packaging.
You will be refunded for the full item price, less shipping cost.
